Highlights

Taylor Swift has been photographed having a great time during her Eras tour, and fans seem to feel the same way. Her costumes, the elaborate set pieces and projections on the screens, and the overall good vibes at the shows have been posted all over social media for everyone to see. Videos and pictures have been flooding social media showing the sheer scale of the show's productions, the outfits people have been wearing, parents bonding with their kids during the shows, and fans of all ages exchanging friendship bracelets to commemorate their time there.

It seems like the show has been nothing but good vibes and bonding for all involved, but Taylor Swift surprised fans by performing a song she hasn't done in over a decade on stage, and that song has a particular reputation around it that makes fans think she still is not over her long-standing feud with Kanye West.

Taylor And Kanye's Feud Is Still Talked About To This Day

The rocky relationship between Taylor Swift and Kanye West started during the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. Swift, although still popular, had only been a part of the music industry for three years at that time and was slowly making the shift to a more pop sound.

She ended up getting nominated and winning Best Female Music Video for her song You Belong With Me. When she went on stage to accept the award, Kanye took it upon himself to go up on stage, take the mic from her and proclaim that Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time.

Kanye did eventually apologize, as confirmed by Taylor herself, but he walked back his apology a few years later, admitting that he doesn't "have one regret" about how he handled the situation.

Just a couple of years later, it seemed like the two had squashed their beef again, with Swift presenting awards to Kanye, and Kanye admitting to being open to working with Swift in the future.

Then Kanye released his song Famous, which rehashed their beef all over again while also pulling Kim Kardashian, Kanye's then-wife, into the mix.

Kanye, Kim, and Taylor had some back and forth following the release of the song and its music video, which Taylor likened to "revenge porn," since it featured a nude sculpture of her.

Some Of Taylor Swift's Songs Are Rumored To Be Diss Tracks Against Kanye

Kanye may have openly included Taylor Swift in his song Famous, but there is the possibility that Taylor Swift may have quietly been dissing Kanye in several of her songs since then. Fans believe three songs from Taylor's Reputation album hinted at the issues she was having with Kim and Kanye around that time.

According to Vulture, the songs off Reputation "that definitely diss Kanye" are This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things, I Did Something Bad, and End Game, although Swift has neither confirmed nor denied who or what the songs are about.

Even the release of her Midnights album had its own controversy due to being released at midnight on October 21st, which happens to be Kim Kardashian's birthday. Even some TikTok users pointed out that the day Taylor announced Midnights fell on the one-year anniversary of Kanye West's Donda album.

Upon the album's release, listeners quickly pointed out how the song Vigilante Sh-t might have been throwing shade at Kim and Kanye's divorce, specifically the lyrics "Now she gets the house, gets the kids, gets the pride. Picture me, thick as thieves with your ex-wife. And she looks so pretty, driving in your Benz, lately she's been dressing for revenge."

Fans Felt One Part Of Taylor's Eras Performance Was Throwing Shade At Kanye

While a lot of fans have been talking about the outfits Taylor, her dancers, and fellow Swifties have been wearing during the Eras tour, other more eagle-eyed and eared fans noticed that Taylor may be showing signs that she is still not over her beef with Kanye West.

Swift has been singing a number of songs from her career during the Eras tour, but it was her performance This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things off her Reputation album that really caught concertgoers' attention.

It was the first time Taylor Swift had performed the song since her 2008 Reputation tour, and she let out a hearty laugh after singing "And here's to you, 'cause forgiveness is a nice thing to do."

While this is a normal part of the performance, some fans felt the laugh was more intense than usual, leading many to believe that this was some slight shade being thrown at Kanye. Others hoped that Kim Kardashian would make an appearance at a future show to see that play out in person.

It doesn't seem like either Kim or Kanye took notice or responded to this rumor, but either way, both Taylor and her fans seemed to be having a good time during the tour cycle.
